Who we are

György Virágh

An engineer with a rational mindset and
practical approach, Level II Thermographer

György Virágh is an electrical engineer and an instrument technician, a Level II thermographer, and a thoroughly rational professional who enjoys mapping problems and finding logical explanations and solutions. Thanks to his practical mindset, he knows how to make processes measurable and how to extract valuable information from measurement data, . turning it into clear and insightful reports. He has a natural affinity for tools and instruments, and for him, no assembly task is impossible.

He gained technical experience at major companies (Tungsram, Energy Management Institute, Energy Supervision Authority), which he has been applying and expanding since 1990 as an independent entrepreneur. He was among the first in Hungary to apply airtightness testing and thermography for non-destructive building diagnostics. He continuously monitors new technologies and pursues further training. He also applies thermographic inspections in the fields of power supply and industry.

Over the past three years, he has become a permanent technical expert in projects related to EU Taxonomy compliance.

Mónika Vértesy

An expert in complex systems with a strong commitment to sustainability

Mónika Vértesy chose to study Environmental Engineering at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) in 2003 with the determination to gain the broadest possible knowledge related to sustainability. Complementing her bachelor’s degree with a postgraduate specialization in Facility Energy Engineering, she soon found her way into the field of energy calculations. Continuing to explore how the built environment could be assessed and improved in a more comprehensive way, she discovered building certification systems, which apply complex and multi-layered sets of requirements. She trained herself in the BREEAM, LEED, WELL, DGNB, and Access4you systems. She possesses a deep knowledge of these systems and does not shy away from rethinking these frameworks, blending them with her own experience to maximize value in line with both partner expectations and sustainability principles.

She has gained more than 15 years of professional experience working with real estate developers, designers, contractors, consultants, and manufacturers, which has allowed her to contribute to a wide variety of projects.

Since 2022, she has been involved in EU Taxonomy-related projects. New challenges often find her, as she actively monitors market and regulatory changes in the real estate sector, always open to renewal and consistently seeking ways to optimize.
